Visit from Sofie

Molly got a visit from her friend, Sofie, on Sunday. They "met" during our Listening Mothers group when both were so small. Now they are actually noticing that the other exists. Molly was very intrigued to wake up from a nap and find that Sofie was here (Mom and Dad were off to the movies). She kept trying to grab Sofie's sweater.

Eight is Great

Eight is great for sticking your tongue out at the camera. Or the cat. I'm not really sure which, to be honest.

Do you have a balloon?

Molly's first balloon! Wow, what fun that was. I didn't think she'd care but oh how wrong I was. Much entertainment. I keep thinking that she's not old enough for balloons, swings, well, lots of things that she tries and enjoys immensely. But she's not a newborn anymore. Gotta keep reminding myself of that...

It's not easy being green

My old Kermit the Frog toy from 1978. Molly obviously appreciates the history behind vintage toys. "Tastes like chicken."
